Glenda Vigoreaux founded GVXcellence as a subsidiary of her company GVX Technology. Most of her career has been devoted to technical training and speaking at technical conferences, although she has always been intrigued by the fact that some people learned quickly while others did not. What could she do to help people who were not learning as well as others? Is learning based simply on intelligence or is it rooted more deeply in habits of thought?

To help clients discover their true potential, Glenda coaches individuals in development of the attitudes, goal setting skills and positive behaviors necessary to become the best they can be in their personal and professional lives. As a facilitator and coach in the processes of developing leadership and management skills, she enables each client to realize the performance level that will lead to achieving the goals they envision.

Glenda’s corporate experience includes work with professional associations, Macromedia, Nortel Networks, Raytheon Corporation, McCormack & Dodge (acquired by Dun & Bradstreet) and Liberty Mutual Insurance Company. Glenda is also a Certified Macromedia Instructor with over 10 years experience as a technical trainer. She has a Master of Science degree in Information Systems from Bentley College in Waltham, MA and a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Investments from Babson College in Wellesley, MA.

Born into a show business family in San Juan, Puerto Rico, Glenda started her professional career at the early age of 10 as a singer and host of her own children’s television program. She has also been involved in fund raising for the Muscular Dystrophy Association. Her true passion is public speaking, motivating and encouraging as many people as possible to achieve their level of excellence.
